A single estate coffee of unique character, mellow with a fine after-taste and referred to as the first designer coffee.
Guatemalan Maragogype	£2.50
First discovered near the town of Maragogype on Brazi. These well defined berries give a smooth creamy flavoured bean, low in acidity. Known as the Elephant bean because of its large bean size.
Monsooned Malabar	£2.30
An intriguing name for the best of the Indian coffees. Stored and dried in the winds of the monsoon - the small blue green bean gives a strong flavour and deep colour in the cup - light or medium dark roasted.
Mandheling Sumatra	£2.45
Grown on the west coast of Sumatra, one of the finest and most expensive coffees in the world - very rich and mellow, dark roasted to release the richness.

One of the finest 'high grown' coffee - a handsome roaster with a wonderful flavour and plenty of body.

Brazils best. After picking the beans are hulled on the open terraces which produces a distinctive clean light flavour.
Kenya Peaberry	£2.30
A rounded estate single bean in the cherry is its distinction from the other coffee beans. A great favourite with a nutty, acidic taste and sweetly aromatic.
Ethiopian Medium Dark Mocha	£2.10
Ethiopia where coffee was first discovered in 1454 still produces the best of its coffees picked from the wild uncultivated bushes. A pure Arabica coffee, mild with an unmistakable chocolate flavour - especially for the espresso drinker.
